Frontier AI Dev provides technology research and analysis. Reports do not constitute legal, security-certification, procurement, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Customers remain responsible for decisions and vendor validation.
Public information
The founding service relies on public information and customer intake answers. Public sources may be incomplete, inaccurate, or changed after the stated research cutoff.
Scope
Each assignment is governed by an accepted scope defining the decision, options, criteria, deliverables, price, turnaround, exclusions, and revision. Work outside that scope requires separate agreement.
No warranty of vendor performance
A report evaluates available evidence under stated assumptions. It does not warrant that a vendor, product, implementation, price, roadmap, or outcome will perform as described.
Payment and cancellation
Scope and price are confirmed in writing before payment. A customer may cancel for a full refund until Frontier AI Dev notifies the customer that research has begun. After that notice, payment is non-refundable and Frontier AI Dev will deliver the final scoped package, including the bounded revision. Rights required by applicable law are not limited.
Confidential information
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information during the public-source founding service.
